Risk assessment at performance testing of telemetric systems in rotor-controlled systems of horizontal drilling in engineering companies of the Russian Federation

In a scientific article, the authors presented a look at risk assessment and features of improving bench testing of telemetric systems for horizontal rotary-controlled drilling systems in machine-building enterprises of the Russian Federation. Russian machine-building enterprises are actively developing the direction of «finished products and dual-use technologies,» in this regard, along with the production of military products, civil components are manufactured and improved. This article discusses equipment and technologies for the oil and gas sector of the national economy. The object of research is high-tech and medium-tech machine-building enterprises that are engaged in the improvement of components and components for the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation.
