Evaluation of the real estate market in single-industry regions in the case of single-industry towns of the Rostov region

The article is devoted to the study of the features of the real estate market of monoprofile territories. It characterises factors of the formation of property prices identified issues specific to the housing market monoprofile territories. On the example of single-industry towns of the Rostov region Gukovo, Zverevo and Donetsk the assessment of the current state of the housing market is carried out, the forecast of its development in the short term is presented, the tasks of regional and municipal authorities aimed at stimulating demand in the housing market are designated.
