Assessment of social-economic and infrastructure potential of the region in the formation of creative clusters

In modern conditions, creative clusters are becoming an important tool for economic development, increasing competitiveness and improving the quality of life. Their creation and support are priorities for many countries and regions. The article presents an assessment of the socio-economic and infrastructural potential of the region as a key factor in the successful formation of creative clusters. It is emphasized that the creation of effective creative clusters requires a comprehensive analysis of regional characteristics, including the level of development of the economy, social sphere, education, science and innovation, as well as the state of the infrastructure. Attention is focused on the need to take into account such indicators as the availability of qualified personnel, the development of creative industries, the availability of financial resources, support from regional authorities and the availability of modern infrastructure, including digital communications and transport accessibility. As a result of the study, conclusions were made that the assessment of the current state and prospects for the development of socio-economic and infrastructural potential helps not only to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the region, but also to determine priority areas for the development of creative clusters, develop effective strategies and tools for their support, and increase the competitiveness of the region as a whole.
