Evaluation of the regional state support effectiveness by employed youth of the sverdlovsk region

This paper presents the results of the survey dealing with the evaluation of the regional state support effectiveness conducted among employed youth of the Sverdlovsk region in 2015. The author reveals the main problems of the employed youth in the region, the level of awareness about the state support measures available, and the subjective evaluation of these measures by the youth. Scientific relevance of the research consists in the study of the real needs of a specific group of young people, receiving of feedback in the form of subjective evaluations of the state support measures, establishing of correlation between the real needs of the employed youth and the state support provided to them, as well as making proposals on how to improve the efficiency of the state support.
