In representative groups under investigation with established radiation doses dynamics of prevalence of diseases and cytogenetic disorders is studied. High phenotypic correlation of "parent-child" relationship for diseases of respiratory and circulating systems is established. The high rate of heritability is established for diseases of the thyroid and blood circulating system. Diseases of respiratory system and blood circulating systems, as well as thyroid abnormalities were registered reliably more often in subjects with "high" level of cytogenetic disorders than in control group.
