FTIR spectroscopy of Hypogymnia physodes carried out an assessment of a condition of the atmosphere in the Konakovsky district of the Tver region. It is found out that the main ekotoxicant of air are dioxides of sulfur and nitrogen, connection of the aromatic nature. Atmosphere pollution results from activity of the large industrial enterprises - «Konakovskaya GRES», «Konakovsky fayans» and «Redkinsky opytny zavod». In vicinities of these enterprises was revealed the greatest number of pollutant.
