The analysis of scientific and methodological literature found out three methods that allow estimating the amplitude of active movements in joints having significant differences. On the one hand, it leads to invalid measurements, on the other hand, to absence of succession and traceability of measurement results. Besides, all methods existing nowadays are unacceptable for people that suffered from the acute cerebrovascular disease as they do not take into account the initial and the final positions. On the basis of the comparative study of existing models of goniometry and biomechanical structure of movement disorder in case of cerebral dysfunction, we have worked out an adaptive method that can be used to estimate the state of motor functions of people with the acute cerebrovascular disease. It was found out that evaluation of the change of stretching angle in elbow, knee and fetlock joints is of primary meaning to estimate the neurorehabilitation course efficiency.
