Assessment of the state of financial streams of the state pension system

The subject of research is the relationship over the formation of financial resources of the pension system, the Central element of which are sources of formation of the Pension Fund. Goal. Based on the analysis of substantial characteristics of the current state of income and expenditure of the Pension Fund to perform the practice of financing social needs and to identify the need for innovative pension schemes. Research methods. As a methodological basis of the study were used General scientific methods of cognition: observation, comparison, system logical-semantic analysis, synthesis of theoretical and practical material, allowing to characterize the relationship over the reduction in risks associated with disability. Results. In order to ensure the financial sustainability of the pension system should be intensified not only financial,but also institutional elements of the pension system using the methods of actuarial modeling.; change the structure and quality of social services. The scope of the results. The results of the study can be implemented in practice of the budget system, social funds and insurance companies with the aim of improving the quality of services of pension provision and social guarantees of citizens. Conclusions. Transfer processes and mechanisms of formation of effective financial pension system will ensure the sustainable functioning of socially-oriented economy.
