Estimation of state and potential of innovative and technological development within the framework of regional industrial politics

Accordance to by the author offered methodology the estimation of state and potential of innovative and technological development of regions of the Republic of Belarus for the period of 2005 − 2012 is given. In accordance with methodology the analysis is conducted and the estimation is given: system of creation and distribution of knowledge as source of innovative and technological development of the region; system of diffusion and commercialization of innovations as source of technological development of industry of the region; terms and factors of technological development and innovative activity within the framework of industrial politics of the region.
