The projected development of the fuel and energy complex opens up broad prospects for the development of production of modern equipment and materials in Russia, creates prerequisites for accelerated innovative development of such branches of Russian industry as mechanical engineering, the military-industrial complex, metallurgy, the chemical industry and the construction complex. This area is important for the implementation of the state’s economic policy for the advanced development of production of products of higher processing stages. In the context of the current instability of the foreign economic and foreign policy environment, which has an adverse impact on the socio-economic situation in Russia, further strengthening of the domestic economic potential of our state is of particular relevance. The fuel and energy complex, as well as enterprises and companies providing the fuel and energy sector with material and technical resources and equipment located in various regions of the country, which in turn form a certain market, continues to be the most powerful resource for the development and driver of the domestic economy. In addition, excessive pressure on the Russian economy, in particular on the fuel and energy sector, is becoming more timely than ever to solve the tasks of developing regional economic policy instruments in the markets of equipment and materials for the fuel and energy complex, given the current situation in the world, it becomes relevant to assess the state of the market of material and technical resources of the fuel and energy sector.
