Assessment of the current state of employment in the financial market of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of digital transformation

The article presents research in the form of an analytical review of the current state of the labour market in the financial sector of Kazakhstan. The relevance of this area is due to a significant number of changes occurring in the external environment and associated with modern digital realities, which are impossible to deny. Accordingly, there are a number of global changes, including changes in requirements for specialists, modifications of vacancies, and the implementation of labour activity, most often online. The authors have analysed employment in the financial market, dynamic indicators, and identified and evaluated the main system-forming factors affecting the change in the number of employees associated with new requirements, changes in the level of their income, as well as the forecasting of these indicators. A comparison of vacancies from different exchanges in the context of Kazakhstan and Russian banks was conducted, and “problem places” related to the lack of training of specialists in educational institutions that would meet the necessary requirements and have the necessary qualifications were identified.The authors have summarised government programmes and projects in the field of “digital employment” management.
