The author suggests an original approach to formation and implementation of labour potential at recreational enterprises by means of organizational mechanism aimed at the increase of the labour potential level of employees and the strengthening of their key competences. The article presents data regarding the degree of satisfaction of personnel’s needs of different categories at the recreational enterprise. It is emphasized, that meeting the various needs of the personnel is relevant for effective implementation of the labour potential of the employees.
