Valuation of PJSC «Surgutneftegas» on the basis of EVA model. Comparative analysis with indicators of evaluation on the basis of income approach

This article describes the essence of the selected method, the conditions of use, as well as the possibilities and disadvantages of the selected model. The calculation of the cost of the organization on the basis of this method is presented, as well as a comparison of the results of calculations based on this model with the results obtained on the basis of the income approach. Based on the results of the comparison, the difference between the values obtained using the methods of the income approach and the EVA method was identified and justified. Recommendations for making management decisions to increase the value of the company under study are proposed.
