Valuation at times of market uncertainty because of current economic recession. Council of valuers’ associations of Eurasia recommendations

The article considers the problems of uncertainty in the initial data when estimating the value of facilities, exacerbated during the economic downturn due to the pandemic. The author cites the rules of accounting for these circumstances, developed on the basis of the experience of previous economic crises of the current century, recommended and approved by the Presidium of the Council of Eurasian Assessors’ Associations. These recommendations apply to both the preliminary stage of evaluation, the collection of initial data, and the calculation procedures.
