Assessment of structural changes in patients with outstanding pneumonia

On the model of community-acquired pneumonia of a mild course, the relationship between the acute inflammatory process in the lungs and the circulatory organs was found. In this category of examined patients, it was possible to establish: transient electrocardiographic changes, a tendency to temporary formation of diastolic dysfunction with a decrease in the time of isovolumetric relaxation. These changes indicate temporary structural and functional changes in the heart and allow us to recommend the inclusion of special research methods (electrocardiography, echocardiography, cardiorhythmography, and others) during dispensary dynamic monitoring of patients with pneumonia, in order to timely detect abnormalities in the circulatory system
