Production of decorative concrete slabs by sawing with diamond detachable circular saws without significant capital expenditures makes it possible to organize their mass production. But first of all, from a large number of various building materials, it is necessary to select only those that are optimally suitable in their characteristics for the manufacture of such slabs. The rationale for this choice was the main objective of this work. Experimentally conducted studies of various properties of the selected components. The focus was on assessing their physico-mechanical properties, such as impact resistance, abrasion resistance, frost resistance, etc., which are very important in the operation of ready-made concrete slabs. As a result, the requirements for the method of selecting the composition of decorative concrete were developed.
