The trending modern financial politics of national and regional levels

The article analyzes the trends of modern financial policy of Russia. The main factors influencing the formation and implementation of financial policies are considered, including economic instability, weak structural changes in the economy, regional features. There has been an increase in threats and risks in the implementation of financial policies, creating conditions for the development of the social sphere, improving the level and quality of life of the population, sustainability of economic development and improving financial security. A provision on the growth of problems of different profiles in the transfer of financial policy provisions to the regional level is being considered. The state and trends in the formation of income and expenditure parts of the federal budget and the budget of the Kemerovo region as a typical representative of the mineral and raw materials cluster region are analyzed.
