Evaluation of tourism potential of Perm region

In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the development of the tourism business becomes very doubtful. Moreover, this direction suffers the greatest losses. The article presents the dynamics of changes in the foreign and Russian tourist flow, and also, based on a comparative analysis, the most developed types of tourism in the Perm Territory are identified. The problems of the tourism sector that have arisen as a result of the negative influence of the coronavirus are determined, the main directions of tourism development in the current situation are proposed, based on a regression analysis, a quantitative assessment of the impact of tourism potential on the GRP is given as the main socio-economic indicator of the region.
