Assessment of satisfaction with the activities of civil servants on the example of the Ryazan region

In recent years, special attention has been paid to the satisfaction with the activities of civil servants and State bodies. This is confirmed by the appearance of new indicators and methods that evaluate these parameters. Within the framework of the study, an attempt was made to assess the satisfaction with the activities of civil servants using electronic survey tools. On the example of the Ryazan region, the opinion of the population is analyzed, and conclusions are drawn about the factors that affect the image of a civil servant, as well as problems that prevent the formation of a favorable image are identified.
