Assessment of the digital development level of regional socio-economic systems on the basis of forming a system of leading and signal indicators

The purpose of the study was to study the directions of digital transformation on the example of the regions of the Central Federal District, to analyze current problems and identify trends in digital transformation in the context of the aggravation of global economic, political, and social crises. The authors made a grouping in accordance with the level of digitalization of the regions, clusters were obtained considering the scaling ofgroups of interconnected leading and signal indicators, in relation to which conclusions were drawn about the reference value. The proposed leading and signal indicators can be used in planning and forecasting the level of digital development of regional socio-economic systems.
