The assessment of the level of financial and economic stability of agricultural organizations of Krasnoyarsk region

In the context of economic sanctions, particularly acute is the problem of food security of each region of Russia. In our opinion, the food security of Krasnoyarsk region should provide agricultural organizations. But the ac-tivity of agricultural organizations of the region is not stable. Over the past eleven years 456 farms were re-created and 520 farms reorganized. Of all farms that are in the food market of the region in the period from 2003 to 2014, 42.86 % worked less than three years ago and for their development and operation of the funds were allocated from the federal and regional budgets. As a negative moment it should be noted significant reduction in the number of employed workers in agriculture, and therefore the burden on a worker increases. In addition, more than half of agricultural enterprises are small businesses that do not allow fully ensuring food security of the re-gion. In 2014 the level of food security of Krasnoyarsk region in general was very low. The most prosperous was the situation in Achinsk and Southern group of Krasnoyarsk region areas. Food the security of Northern Group of Krasnoyarsk region area is close to zero. According to the authors, the deci-sion of food security problems of Krasnoyarsk region is impossible without objective assessment of the level of financial and economic stability of each subject of the food market. For this purpose the rating of the number of market stability was constructed, and five groups of financial and economic stability were identified. The proposed method was the basis for the devel-opment of organizational and economic mechanism for import and food se-curity of Krasnoyarsk region.
