Assessment of level of awareness of burnout syndrome of volunteers of the center “Anton tut ryadom”

The article deals with the results of the study of the level of the volunteers’ awareness of the center of supporting people with autism “Anton Tut Ryadom”, associated with the issues of the burnout in the voluntary work and the peculiarities of the relation to the burnout syndrome. There is revealed the high level of the general awareness of the volunteers, concerning the reasons and the preventive measures of burnout in the voluntary work.
