Assessment of the level of investment attractiveness of an industrial enterprise

The article is devoted to the topical topic of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises, including the theoretical justification and practical analysis of one of them for 2021-2023. The qualimetric method proposed by Yu.V. Sevryugin is used for the analysis. In addition, the article provides an overview of various author’s methods of assessing investment attractiveness found in modern scientific literature, which are compared with the method used in the practical part of the study. A comprehensive financial analysis of the selected industrial enterprise was also performed, including a study of key financial indicators, an analysis of financial stability, an assessment of liquidity and solvency, as well as a review of profitability coefficients to understand the effectiveness of its functioning. Such an integrated approach made it possible to analyze in detail the financial condition of the enterprise and assess its potential as an investment object.
