Assessment of the level of capitalization of the agricultural complex of the region to attract investments in agriculture and related industries

This paper examines the problems of assessing the capitalization of the agro-industrial complex related to the characteristics of the industry, such as dependence on natural conditions, high capital intensity and depreciation of fixed assets. Special attention is paid to the need to take into account cultural, social and technological characteristics when conducting an assessment. Recommendations are presented to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of capitalization assessment, including studying the specifics of the industry, taking into account regional differences, using up-to-date data, using modern assessment methods, taking into account risks, cooperating with experts and analyzing long-term trends.
