Evaluation of the openness degree and economic competitiveness in the Republic of Singapore

The article evaluates the openness degree of the Republic of Singapore economy. For this purposes, openness criteria, such as export, import and foreign trade quotas, the export coverage ratio, and other are calculated. The competitiveness of the Singapore economy is also analyzed based on the international competitiveness coefficient and the global competitiveness index. In accordance with the calculations, the conclusion was made about the openness of the Singapore economy.
