Evaluation of social and economic development level of Kirov in comparison with other administrative centres of the Volga federal district

Integral evaluation of the development level of municipal entities of cities - centres of the Volga Federal District regions is carried out in the article. After the results of the research the conclusion that municipal entity of Kirov is the city with a low level of competitiveness is made. At the same time it has a certain development potential.
