Assessment of the level of transformation of savings into investments

The problem of the deficit of investment capital, which negatively affects the expanded reproduction of the national economy is becoming urgent now. Savings of the population have a high potential for debt financing. The article discusses the impact of various factors on the level of investment in fixed assets of the Russian Federation, including the savings rate of the population.
