A comprehensive analysis of the living standards of the population of the Kaluga region was conducted using econometric methods, and the key factors influencing its dynamics were identified and evaluated. The analysis revealed that the Gini coefficient has the most significant impact on the population's income. This indicates that the level of economic inequality in the region is a more significant factor than other socioeconomic indicators considered.
