Assessment of implementation of the competitiveness of economic clusters on the example of the south of Russia

The majority of the Russian Federation's constituent entities are not mining and raw materials and therefore cannot build a long-term development strategy on the basis of tax or other economic effects from subsoil use and the use of natural resources. For these regions, it is necessary to look for other opportunities for economic rehabilitation. Conditions dictate the need to activate the factors of innovative development.
