Assessment of the Successful Implementation of the State Program “Development of the Transportation System”

Th e assessment of the fulfi llment of the main indicators of the implementation of the pilot State program “Development of the transport system” was carried out in order to determine the eff ectiveness of its implementation. Th e analysis made it possible to identify systemic problems in the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Russia during the implementation of the state program: underfunding at the regional level and on the part of legal entities, as well as insuffi cient executive discipline when using allocated funds from federal sources.
