Evaluation of sustainable social and economic development of the region based on the criteria of capitalization and economic security

Thehypothesis of the study is to include capitalizationand economic security in the theory of sustainable social and economic development of the region. The research novelty and theoretical relevance imply the establishment and arrangement of concepts and categories of sustainable social and economic development ofthe region, the creation of methods to evaluate this category based on such indicators as capitalization andeconomic security. The practical significance of thestudy is the prospects of applyingeconomic and math-ematical modelling to the sustainable social and economic development of the region by means of economic security and capitalization in order to identifythreats to and the growth potential of regional economy, reveal the alternative development scenarios,andfind the best strategy for regional systems in the con-text of global turbulence.
