Assessment of stability to fungicides in culture of in vitro of isolates of the mushroom of Tilletia caries Tul. from various agroclimatic zones of the Republic of Bashkortostan

It was conducted analysis of morpho-physiological and molecular-genetic parameters of isolates T. caries collected from the fields in different agroclimatic zones of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The results suggest that the adverse environmental conditions, including high pesticide load, may contribute to the emergence of new resistant to fungicides forms pathogen T. caries.
