Valuation of rental payment for the temporary use of land

This article is about issues of valuation of rental payment for the temporary use of land and the significant influence of several factors such as growth of the land value during the term of lease and preferential rights of redemption of the owners of the improvements on leased land. We show that neglect of these factors can lead to essential overvaluation of rental payments.
