The article deals with the first assessment of the impact of the antibiotics “tylosin”, “oxytetracycline” and “benzylpenicillin” on the catalase activity of weakly loamy sod-podzolic and grey forest soils. There was established that the studied pollutants change the catalase activity of the studied soils, providing both a stimulating and inhibitory effect. The effects of the studied antibiotics depend both on their nature and concentration, and on the type of soil.
