The data comparative research results on the influence of the electromagnetic radiation on the natural and intended for building ecosystems of the Krasnoyarsk Territory cities and settlements are presented in the article. It is established that the preservation of the natural ecosystems in the city vicinity and the increase in the vegetation community area in the intended for building landscapes will allow to reduce the electromagnetic pollution influence.
