Assessment of the influence of regional factors of socio-economic development on the personnel structure of the general education system

The purpose of the article is to present factor analysis results of the staff’ structure. Three groups of factors was identified - economic and demographic, the state of social infrastructure. Models of the educational, qualification and age staff’ structure have been obtained on the example of teachers as employees of the general education system. It is concluded that the age structure depends on the demographic situation, the male age structure depends on the development of the economy also.
