The implementation of a set of functions to ensure the financial and economic security of the state is significantly influenced by external environmental factors. The purpose of the study is the analysis and assessment of external factors affecting the implementation of functions to ensure the economic security of the state. The assessment of political, economic, social and technological factors is made, recommendations for their reduction are given.
