Evaluation of the possibility of implementing the pyrolysis process at the Amur GPP
Бесплатный доступ
In this paper, the implementation of the process of pyrolysis of the ethane-propane fraction at the Amur GPP was studied. The plant is supplied by the Power of Siberia gas pipeline with multicomponent liquefied hydrocarbon gas, which contains a significant proportion of ethane and propane. However, a large proportion of this gas is returned back to the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, so the issue of using it as a raw material for pyrolysis is being considered. To solve this issue, a whole complex of process units was modeled in the Petro-SIM software. Since the fraction of liquefied hydrocarbon gases first undergoes deethanization, and then the purification stage, the technological scheme includes the processes of separating the ethane-propane fraction, amine purification and purification from methanol. For a complete assessment, capital costs, payback periods and production costs are also calculated.
