Assessment of siberian larch resumption on cutting areas in mountainous forests of Baikal basin

Results of long-term researches of natural resumption of Siberian larch on cutting areas of Baikal basin are stated. Growth and status of undergrowth of a larch on altitude zones, forest types, edaphic conditions in Hilok river basin are analyzed. The rating scale of natural resumption of a larch and planned silvicultural actions taking into account number of undergrowth in various types of forests is given.
