Evaluation of issued quotas

Currently, an important issue is the regulation of foreign trade and international foreign economic activity. Quotas are a direct tool in regulating goods entering or leaving the national market. The article is devoted to the main features of quotas as a restrictive measure of non-tariff regulation of the EAEU. The basic concepts, conditions and functions of quotas are defined, examples of quota issuance are given. The article also identifies the existing shortcomings of the quota system, as well as provides measures that determine the future state of the quota system under sanctions.
