Land valuation as a tool for attracting investments and new owners of natural lands

The article defines the features of land management as possible investment objects. An overview of the regulatory documentation is given, which is necessary to ensure the management of land plots and to assess their value. The valuation of land and land plots is the most important task of the real estate economy. This assessment is important not only for the real estate market, but also for the entire economy of the state. Currently, various measures are being taken to normalize assessment issues, and a wide range of information technology and electronic mapping tools are being used. As an example, the land plots located on the territory of the Altai Republic are being studied. In the Altai Republic, special attention is paid to environmental safety issues in order to preserve the territory of the republic in its original form, therefore, the issues of rational use of land, assessment of the economic component of this use is important for the specified region.
