In this article questions of application of the pulsating liquid flows for increase in efficiency of processes of cleaning of an internal surface of pipelines are considered. The main advantage of hydrodynamic (pulsation) technologies when cleaning pipelines consists in evolution of a profile of a current of liquid in case of which the maximum of flow rate displaces to a pipeline wall, than and growth of tangent tension of liquid about a wall of the pipeline and increase in efficiency of a lift-off of particles of pollution is caused. For support of effective deleting particles of pollution it is necessary to provide uniformity of vibration amplitudes of pressure on length of the cleaned pipeline. It is possible only in case of implementation in the cleaned pipeline of the mode of traveling wave. For implementation of process of cleaning of extensive pipelines by creation of oscillations of the expenditure of the washing liquid in the mode of traveling waves benchs and technologies of hydrodynamic cleaning were developed, made and implemented on a row of the enterprises of the aviation and ship-building industry. As a result of researches the benchs of hydrodynamic cleaning of pipelines allowing in 2 … 2,5 times are created and implemented in production to reduce time of cleaning and in 2 … 3 times to increase quality of processes in case of achievement 5 … 6th class of purity in accordance with GOST 17216-2001.
