The given research is devoted the results of treatment 830 patients operated using laparoscopic approach on the different abdominal organs according to the plan. It has been shown that performing simultaneous operation das not remount the increase of the surgical aggression, hospital stay, social and labor rehabilitation, the number of complication. On the basis introduced techniques we haw proved that complex approach to treatment of patients with obesity remount promotes medical-economics efficiency of practical healthcare.
