Single-step reconstructive-plastic operations in breast cancer

The original versions of radical resections and radical mastectomies with single-step mammoplastics by autogenous tissues, have been worked out. Surgical interventions presented in this study are operations of choice in treating young and middle-aged patients with Ha, lib, Ilia- stage breast cancer. These operations can be combined with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The obtained cosmetic results were considered as excellent and good in 69,6-71,3% of cases. The decrease in the extent of the removed breast tissues resulted no in the worsening of the long-term treatment results.
