Registration of land on which located apartment buildings

The author examines the main issues of registration of land rights, which are apartment buildings based on analysis of housing and land legislation of the Russian Federation, and based on practical examples. Concludes that the problems can be solved through changes in legislation, in particular through the introduction of clear regulation of termination of the rights of state and municipal organizations in the plot, if all the premises of apartment house passed into the ownership of private persons, or variations of such rights, if the property transferred to private apartments in part.
