Registration of land under the objects subsurface use and linear objects: current issues and prospects for legislative control

The article analyzes the problem of registration of land plots under subsurface objects and line objects, and perspectives of legal regulation in this area. Concludes that the best legal basis for providing accommodation linear object on land is an easement, the institution which for these purposes should be improved.
