Limitation of creative work freedom: philosophical and legal aspects

The article discusses the phenomenon of human freedom, which was researched by foreign and national philosophers, particularly I. Kant, V.N. Berdyaev, I.A. Ilyin, whose works have influenced the development of law as a science. Under the impact of knowledge branches progress the comprehension of freedom is changing, especially concerning the right of freedom of creativity. By case study of international legal practices the author demonstrates different interpretations of the phenomenon.
