The article deals with restrictions on the proprietary rights by virtue of agreements on transfer of property for usage. The author researches content and legal nature of the lease agreements in the context of the restrictions on the proprietary rights. It is established, that the ownership rights may be restricted by limitation of the proprietor’s authority, namely: right of ownership, use, disposal of property.
