Protection of cultural property (cultural heritage): administrative-and-legal and criminal-and-legal aspects

The article is devoted to the current administrative law and criminal law regimes of cultural property protection in the Russian Federation. The problems of legal regulation of such protection are revealed based on the analysis of legislation and practice in the field of cultural property protection (cultural heritage). Specific measures of theoretical and applied nature in terms of cultural property protection (cultural heritage) are proposed.
