Features of the clinical course of respiratory diseases in HIV-infected patients

The article studied the clinical and analytical characteristics of respiratory diseases in 41 HIV-infected patients who received and did not receive ART therapy. In patients who did not receive ART, oxygen saturation of the body was 90% lower, bilateral lung damage, severe concomitant diseases such as viral hepatitis, cachexia, herpetic and cytomegalovirus infections, oropharyngeal candidiasis were more common.
